It measures 26′ long, 10′ wide and approx. 300 square feet including the loft. There’s a bright living room with massive windows to bring in natural light, a spacious kitchen with loads of counterspace and storage, a dining counter with two stools overlooking a window, as well as an extra bank of drawers for additional storage.

The bathroom has a large vanity, tiled shower and flush toilet, as well as space for a washer and dryer. Up a gentle set of stairs, there is a loft with a Queen sized bed, a built in closet and dresser, a seasonal storage cabinet, and the best part is the drop loft floor that allows you to get in and out of bed without a ladder.
Energy-efficient solutions such as smart thermostats, LED lighting systems, and solar power integration reduce operating costs while supporting sustainable living. Some tiny houses even feature automated window shades, water-monitoring systems, and advanced air-quality controls that enhance comfort and efficiency.
